End-of-Life System Failure and Replacement
When EIFS cladding reaches end of service life or has sustained systemic failure, partial or full replacement is required. AWR evaluates the extent of damage, removes compromised cladding, addresses any underlying substrate issues, and installs new EIFS systems with correct drainage detailing to prevent recurrence.

Sealant and Joint Detailing
Sealant Failures at Transitions and Penetrations
EIFS systems are only as effective as the sealant detailing at their terminations. Failed sealant at window perimeters, penetrations, control joints, and transitions to dissimilar materials is the most common cause of moisture infiltration in otherwise sound EIFS installations. AWR replaces failed sealants throughout the system using products specifically selected for compatibility with EIFS substrates.
